Bengalureans Never Failing To Impress At Innovation; Citizens Build 'Kaluve' System That Feeds Lake & Treats Sewage Water

Citizens from Bengaluru's Whitefield area built a 'kaluve' system that channels rainwater falling off roofs to an STP, later feeding the lake. The project had been constructed at private expense by the residents and citizen collectives to make the city more liveable and sustainable. The city's active citizen movements and groups never fail to impress when it comes to finding sustainable solutions and betterment of the city.
